Terms of Service

Frisk is a non-custodial software interface that helps you research and clean a self-custodied wallet on Robinhood Chain. We never take possession of your crypto, keys, or seed phrase. The Service constructs transactions; you review and sign every one in your own wallet. We cannot move, freeze, reverse, or recover your assets. Frisk is a tool, not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, or adviser.

Frisk is an independent, third-party tool, not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc. “Robinhood Chain” is used only descriptively, to identify the network the Service works with.

You must be 18+ and must not be located in, resident in, or a national of any comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, nor on any sanctions list (e.g. OFAC SDN). We may block access from certain jurisdictions or addresses to comply with law.

The Service is experimental, beta-stage software, provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. Safety scans and labels are heuristics, not guarantees or audits; a clean result does not mean a token is safe.

Crypto carries serious risk, including total loss. On-chain transactions are irreversible. Robinhood Chain’s DEX ecosystem includes unaudited, forked, and malicious contracts (“honeypots”). Frisk simulates and applies safety checks, but no check is foolproof. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in the Service is advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, burn, or swap any asset. Do your own research and consult your own professionals.

Frisk may charge a transparent fee on certain optional actions (e.g. a small percentage on an in-app swap or dust-sweep). Any fee is disclosed in the transaction preview before you sign and is collected inside the transaction you authorize — we never take a separate, blind, or open-ended approval, and we never take custody of your funds. Network gas is separate and paid by you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frisk and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of assets, arising from your use of the Service — including transactions you signed, contract failures, DEX behavior, honeypots, bugs, or third-party infrastructure. Total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of fees you paid us for the specific action or USD $100.

The Service interacts with wallets, RPC endpoints, explorers, data APIs, and DEX contracts we do not control. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, accuracy, or terms.
